Transfer Coach, Student Support Services (SSS)

Plan, supervise, and implement programs to achieve established goals of the SSS program; develop and execute strategies to increase participant enrollment into program; build, partner, and maintain relationships with surrounding four year institutions and with campus departments and organizations.
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience and Knowledge
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from a regionally accredited institution; possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; experience using MS Office software; ability to self-manage time. Master’s degree preferred.
SALARY $32,676-$36,000 for 12 month position with benefits
State Health Plan Options: Traditional 70/30 Plan employer-paid coverage, Enhanced 80/20 Plan employee-paid coverage for employee with premium credits (determines monthly premium/employee pays all dependent coverage) and Consumer Directed Health Plan with premium credits (determines monthly premium) made up of two components: a high deductible health plan and a Health Reimbursement Account (employee pays all dependent coverage). Membership in the Teachers’ and State Employees’ Retirement System which includes retirement benefits, short and long-term disability income plan and a death benefit; earn sick and annual leave; community service leave; other: employee-paid supplemental retirement plans and insurances: dental, vision, life, accident, disability, cancer insurance. Paid holidays as established by the College.
