Human Services Technology Addictions and Recovery Studies Associate (A4538E)Outlook for Employment
Students must first apply for the Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) credentials from the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board in order to become employed as addiction counselors/specialist. Graduates of the program will qualify for employment in drug and alcohol treatment facilities, mental health centers, and community health centers.
