During inclement weather or an emergency, the PCC website is updated with emergency information for the PCC community, including closings and delays.

Piedmont Community College is committed to the safety and security of all members of the college community. In times of emergency, the College will provide quick and appropriate campus-wide response to help assure safety and minimize losses.

Campus Messages for Open / Virtual / Closed Status

Open

College campuses are open.
Instruction and activities will take place as normally scheduled.

Virtual / Online

Instruction and activities are virtual.
If face-to-face learning cannot occur safely, PCC may move instruction online. Campuses may operate independently based on local conditions.

Closed

Campuses are closed.
PCC will be closed for instruction and activities. Each campus/location may operate independently.
