Maintaining Your Financial Aid
Students must adhere to the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy in order to maintain Financial Aid eligibility. If you do not meet these requirements, you can lose your financial aid eligibility. However, we’re aware that personal challenges can affect whether you maintain your good standing. If you lose your eligibility for financial aid due to mitigating circumstances, you can submit an appeal explaining these issues to the Financial Aid office.
The Financial Aid office is required to review your entire academic record (regardless of the age of the record or whether or not aid was received) to determine if you are in compliance. If you are not in compliance, you will be notified in writing of your denial/suspension and the appropriate appeal procedure.
