Q: What is Office 365?
A: Office 365 is a suite of online applications providing email, calendaring, contact management, instant messaging, cloud storage, and Office online (online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote). It is important to note that while the Office web apps are feature rich, they are not the same as the full version of Office 2013, 2016 or 2019.

Q: What will my Office 365 E-mail Address be?
A: The format for the Office 365 e-mail addresses will be:

Q: How do I access the Office 365 E-mail System?
A: You can go directly to the website at https://login.microsoft.com
Q: What is my NEW email username for Office 365?
A: To login to the Office 365 e-mail system, the user name is your full email address .
Q: Is my email password the same?
A: Yes, your password has not changed and is the same network password. This is the same password you use to access the PCC computer network (labs, library, etc).
Q: What is Office 365 Online or Office Web Apps?
A: Office 365 Online is an online office suite offered by Microsoft which allows users to create and edit files using lightweight, web browser-based versions of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. These online versions of the Office applications look similar to the full version of Office, but they do not have all the features of the full versions.
Q: Are there any technical or hardware requirements for using Office 365?
A: Most Office 365 tools require a computer or mobile device with an internet connection and a modern web browser. Some office 365 features may not be available on all browsers and/or devices.
Q: Will my existing username and password be the same?
A: Yes, your username and password are synced to Office 365. Your email address will remain the same.
Q. What happens when I graduate or leave PCC?
A: When you graduate, your Office 365 subscription ends upon graduation. You may enroll into consumer or commercial subscriptions of Office 365.
Q. If I recently purchased Office and am now also be eligible for free Office 365 ProPlus though PCC, will I receive any credit and/or compensation?
A: No. The Office purchased is a consumer offering and students can continue to take advantage of the purchased offer.
