Logging into Zoom SSO :

  • To login to zoom visit:   http://Piedmontcc-edu.zoom.us
  • Click the Sign In button.
  • Remember your username is your email address (john.doe@piedmontcc.edu) and your password is your PCCAD password (the same one you use to login to email).

If you’ve previously signed in with a different email address other than your PCC email
  • ZOOM will prompt you to convert (merge) that account with the new one. Choose the option that enables you to merge the accounts.
  • After selecting the merge option, a page will appear confirming that the conversion process has begun, which may take some time. You can close that browser tab as it doesn’t update in real-time.
  • Next, you’ll receive an email to activate your account. Open the email and click on the provided link, which will automatically log you into your account.

If this is your first login, it may ask you to confirm your email address
  • Double-check your email address, and then click on the “Confirm Your Email Address” button.
  • Shortly, you’ll receive an email from Zoom confirming the association with your email account.  Open the email and click the “Activate Account” button highlighted in blue.
  • Your web browser should automatically open. Click on the “Sign in with SSO” button, also highlighted in blue.
  • You might be prompted to log in or directly taken to your Zoom page based on your account status.
