Delivery Method: Face to Face ONLY; Students not allowed to miss any hours. Limited to 10 students per class.

*Please note – this course is for licensed, NC CNA’s to administer medication NC nursing homes only. Individuals who wish to administer medication in assisted living facilities will need to take the Medication Tech course (see Health and Wellness Programs).

Prerequisites:

  • High school graduate/High school equivalency;
  • Current listing as a North Carolina Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).

COST

1.  Tuition: The registration fee is $70.

2.  Textbook: $46.70 and is only available from the PCC Bookstore,  www.pccstore.com.  Course code is PMH-4100
Textbooks should be purchased prior to the first day of class as they are no available on the Caswell County
Campus and are required on the first day.

4.  MACE: $59 State competency exam. Test approval by the instructor must be completed before students can register for the exam. Therefore, students are required to schedule and pay for their exam on the last day of class. No exceptions. Payment for the exam is paid directly to Credentia.
