Piedmont Community College (PCC) is pleased to announce Grayson Brann as the new Executive Director of the PCC Foundation.

Brann has served as the director of PCC’s Small Business Center (SBC) since March 2025, establishing partnerships with local businesses and growing PCC’s footprint in civic engagement. During this time, she has also fostered community relationships with donors and raised financial capital to be used as grants through the SBC’s Building Opportunities On Saving and Training (BOOST) program.

Brann is a Roxboro native, graduate of Person High School and former Career and College Promise (CCP) student at PCC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with certificates in Professional Selling and Marketing from East Carolina University as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from East Carolina University. She was also most recently selected, as part of a competitive process, to join the 2025-2026 cohort of the North Carolina Community College Leadership Program through NC State.

In her new role, she will continue to cultivate important relationships with businesses and foster similar relationships with individual donors. She will support the mission of PCC’s Foundation, which is to foster relationships and provide funds to support students, faculty and staff at PCC as they achieve their education and career goals. Brann will lead the Foundation with new and reenvisioned fundraising campaigns for student scholarships, institutional endowments and large capital campaigns. Her work will include partnering with alumni, donors, faculty, staff and community leaders to grow the Foundation’s impact, expand scholarships and support every student who calls PCC home.

“I’m excited to work with Grayson as she leads our Foundation,” Dr. Kevin Lee, PCC president said. “Her experience, along with the partnerships and relationships she has already formed during her time as the SBC director, make her a great fit for this role.”

The Piedmont Community College Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization that has been providing critical support for students since 1978. To learn more about the PCC Foundation, visit piedmontcc.edu/foundation.
