Piedmont Community College (PCC) is pleased to announce Dr. Keith Babuszczak as the College’s new Vice President of Instruction/Chief Academic Officer (CAO) after a national search was conducted.

Babuszczak holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education in Information Science and Learning Technologies, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio-TV-Film Production. Prior to serving as the Provost of Information Technology (IT) Programs and the Research Triangle Park Campus at Wake Technical Community College, Babuszczak served as the Department Head and as dean in the IT division at the college.

“We are proud to welcome Dr. Babuszczak to the PCC family,” Dr. Kevin Lee, PCC President said. “His collaborative approach and strong track record of supporting both students and faculty make him an outstanding choice to lead the College’s instructional division.” Babuszczak began his tenue as PCC’s Vice President of Instruction/CAO on July 1, 2026.
