The SAP allows you to connect with counselors in your area. It is a safe and secure way to get short-term counseling on issues including:

On Campus Services: PCC counselors are also available to assist students facing challenges prohibiting them from being successful in their academic, social, and personal life. Counseling sessions are short-term, on a limited basis, and confidential.
