Follow these 3 simple steps to access Clarity:

Step 1 – Get Access

To obtain access, your initial step is to fill out the network account form thoroughly. In the “Colleague Access” section, under the “screen/mnemonic(s)” field, please include the following:

  • Please write “CLARITY ACCESS”
  • Include “PAYROLL ACCESS = YES OR NO” based on the need to view payroll data
  • Include your COLLEAGUE ID Number (01234567)
  • Include your PacerNet ID (johndoe21)
  • Please specify the BUDGET CODES or RANGE to which you wish to grant access.

then submit the form for approval.

Step 2 – Review Training

While your access request is being processed, we kindly request that you take a moment to review this brief video tutorial.

Step 3 – Login

Your access information will be sent to you via email by the Controller. Once you have received your access details and completed the training video, you can proceed to log in to Clarity. Please click the button below to access the system.
