General Flyer Guidelines
- All flyers must be reviewed and approved by the Marketing and Communications department.
- All postings must be sponsored by the College or a student club or organization.
- External organizations are only permitted to post items on the flyer wall in the Pacer Cafe.
- Flyers may only be posted in designated advertising locations.
- Flyers may NOT be posted on walls, windows, office or classroom doors. They may only be posted in designated advertising locations in order to maintain a professional and cohesive look for the College. Flyers posted on walls, windows, or doors will be removed.
- Those responsible for posting flyers should remove them within 24 hours after the event. Flyers are not to be posted indefinitely. Yard signs must follow the same posting requirements and should be removed immediately after an event.
- Individuals interested in utilizing the monitors/kiosks or poster frames around campus should contact the Marketing and Communications department.
- Keep in mind that flyers are a passive marketing tool, and there are often better ways to reach the appropriate audience.

Monitors and Kiosks
PCC’s campuswide network of monitors and kiosks is an excellent alternative to conventional flyers and posters for delivering information. These displays are placed in high-traffic locations and are easily updated with easy-to-read content or video.
Images and videos may be displayed in either a 9:16 or 16:9 format.
